As a luxury travel advisor and independent affiliate of The Wander Network, a member of Travel Leaders Network, I can help you plan your travels from fully curated and customized itineraries to single hotel or cruise bookings for couples, corporate incentive group, wedding groups, and families. I utilize my extensive travel experience and travel partners around the world to help you with all of your travel specifics, including on ground experts who can offer concierge service and unmatched local knowledge.

Travel planning can create a lot of headaches and take time that you may not have. That’s where I come in! Using a travel advisor ensures every aspect of your journey is meticulously planned and executed.

How it Works

Planning Packages

Simple & Straightforward

Hotel, River Cruise, and Resorts

This is best for clients that already know what resort, hotel, or cruise they would like to book and do not require any other services. Please note we only book 4 & 5 star accommodations to ensure a quality stay and experience for our clients. The hotel, resort, or cruise line must be one that partners with travel advisors. You are the type that already knows what you want and are ready to book. I will then book your hotel, river cruise, or resort so that you can receive the add on benefits available as offered from the travel suppliers I partner with.

Hotel, Resort, or River Cruise Booking experience: $50 per room reservation.

Complimentary Cruise Bookings

Ocean Liner Cruise Booking Experience: individual bookings – complimentary

This is best for clients that already know what cruise line and sailing date they would like to book, and do not require any other services. If you need Cruise Comparisons please see the Cruise Comparison package option under Additional Packages below.

For group bookings – please inquire about group pricing.

Full Service Travel Planning

This is best for clients that want a fully customized itinerary inclusive of hotels, transfers, activities, tours, and their trip researched (tips and tricks, recommendations for the best restaurants). I will plan the full experience. From start to finish, I will curate an exceptional trip. I will start with getting to know you to learn what you like and your expectations to build out your itinerary customized to you. Together we will modify it until you are excited to book – which I will complete for you! I will be available every step of the way and during your trip.

Planning fees start at $300 for 1-10 day trips based on 2 travelers. Price is subject to change based on last minute travel requests, size of travel group, or general complexity of the trip.

The trip planning fee includes itinerary research and development, booking of accommodations, car rental/transfers, activities such as tours, guidance on travel insurance and travel requirements, and your final itinerary with all associated confirmations and documentation. Booking of airfare or trains is offered for an additional ticketing fee.

Additional Packages

Concierge Services – This is for the clients that are looking to elevate their trip itinerary with custom private experiences. For instance, dining reservations, spa reservations, private winery reservations, hotel activities, photography sessions, tee times, etc.

-Concierge fees start at $150/ planning hour.

Resort, Hotel, or Cruise Comparison – This is best for clients that do not need full service travel planning but need some assistance choosing the right hotel or cruise. After discussing your preferences, we will present you up to 3 hotel, resort, OR cruise comparison options.

Research Fees start at $100 per destination.

Group Bookings – Do you have a group looking to travel together and looking for help organizing every piece for every person traveling?! This is my specialty! Examples of group travel: incentive groups, weddings, bachelor/ bachelorette, culture retreats, sorority reunions, family reunions, etc.

Please inquire as all groups are different and unique in their own way. Size, general complexity, length of trip, destination and experiences needed all influence the group planning package pricing. Let’s connect today to get started!

Charging a service allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources needed during this important phase of itinerary development.

Trip planning fees are non-refundable should you decide you do not want to book the trip or cancel the trip. If you decide you would like to explore a different destination entirely additional fees may apply.

All services require full payment of planning fee at the beginning of planning process. Fees are based on 2 travelers and are scaled according to your specific inquiry. Fees are nonrefundable & non-negotiable.
